Fish Wires Through a Pipe

Once you have a pipe, and the wire(s) you need to fish through that pipe, you’re often left wondering how you’re going to pull them through. What has the ability to pull? A Shop-Vac® Wet Dry Vacuum. Start by entering a long, light string into one end of the pipe. Then, attach your vac to the other end of the pipe, seal it up as best you can, and turn it on. Make sure you keep an eye on the string, as you don’t want to the majority of the string to end up in the vac. Once you’ve got the string through, you can attach it to your wires and pull them through. Having trouble envisioning how this works? We found a great how-to article with some pictures.

Digging Holes For Fence Posts
